Confirm each person once so schedules and school information can be attributed correctly. Birth dates and email addresses remain private to household parents.
Connections
Each person can connect their own rozich.com Google account once. Parents can see household readiness here and help finish any missing connection.
Household files
Search results are read-only. To update an existing file for a connected adult, open Google Picker, choose one Doc or Sheet, preview an append-only Doc section or exact Sheet range, and confirm that exact change. Rozich HQ cannot change other content or structure, or share, move, rename, or delete the file.

Create or update a Rozich HQ file
Choose the adult account that will own the file. You will see the exact title and must confirm before Google is changed.
Send with Gmail
Create a Gmail draft first. Rozich HQ shows the exact recipients, subject, and body before a separate send confirmation. A school or Travel read connection cannot send mail.
Calendar publishing
Confirmed internal family, school, and Travel facts use the reviewed shared and individual routes automatically once write access is connected. Manual proposals still require exact review. Publishing never sends invitations or contacts attendees.
